INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, apartment numbers, and other information reasonably necessary to manage Colonial Apartments' rental property and communicate regarding tenancy and property operations.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use personal information to manage tenant relationships, communicate with tenants, and provide maintenance, utility interruption, inspection, fire alarm testing, pest control, and urgent building notifications for Colonial Apartments' residents.

SMS AND MOBILE INFORMATION

Participation in the 17 Church Street LLC SMS Notification Program is voluntary. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to rent an apartment, maintain a tenancy, receive property management or maintenance services, or complete any transaction with Colonial Apartments.

If you voluntarily opt in, we use your mobile phone number to send operational notifications related to Colonial Apartments.

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or transfer SMS opt-in data or consent to third parties for marketing purposes.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may use service providers to assist with property operations and communications. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services on our behalf. 17 Church Street LLC uses Twilio to facilitate SMS communications.

SMS CHOICES

Message frequency varies, typically 1–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to opt out.

DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
