17 CHURCH STREET LLC SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

17 Church Street LLC offers an optional SMS notification program for current Colonial Apartments' tenants.

Participation in the SMS program is completely voluntary and separate from any rental application, lease, tenancy, maintenance service, or property management service. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to rent an apartment, maintain a tenancy, receive services, or complete any transaction with Colonial Apartments.

By voluntarily opting in, you agree to receive operational text messages from 17 Church Street LLC. Messages may include maintenance notices, utility interruptions, inspections, fire alarm testing, pest control notices, and urgent building notifications for Colonial Apartments.

Message frequency varies, typically 1–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help or contact thomas@colonialapartments.org.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS notifications unless you voluntarily enroll again. Declining or opting out of SMS will not affect your tenancy or services. Important notices may be provided through other communication methods.

Consent applies only to the 17 Church Street LLC SMS Notification Program and is not transferred or shared with another business.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
