17 CHURCH STREET LLC SMS NOTIFICATION PROGRAM

17 Church Street LLC offers an optional SMS notification program for current tenants of Colonial Apartments.

SMS participation is completely voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not required to rent an apartment, maintain a tenancy, receive maintenance or property management services, or complete any transaction with Colonial Apartments.

Messages may include maintenance notices, utility interruptions, inspections, fire alarm testing, pest control notices, and urgent building notifications for Colonial Apartments residents.

Message frequency varies, typically 1–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

HOW TO ENROLL

Tenants may voluntarily enroll through verbal consent or a separate written SMS consent form.

For verbal enrollment, 17 Church Street LLC management explains the SMS program and asks the tenant:

“Do you voluntarily consent to receive text messages from 17 Church Street LLC at the mobile number you provided? Please answer yes or no.”

Only tenants who answer YES are enrolled. Tenants who answer NO are not enrolled, and declining SMS messages does not affect their tenancy or any services provided by 17 Church Street LLC for Colonial Apartments residents.

For written enrollment, tenants complete a separate SMS consent form. The tenant provides a mobile phone number, checks an unchecked SMS consent box, signs, and dates the form.

Participation is optional. Colonial Apartments tenants who decline SMS enrollment receive important property notices from 17 Church Street LLC through other communication methods.
